Common questions

How do I access the course?

After purchasing, log in to your account and navigate to Courses. Your course will be available immediately. If you don't see it, try logging out and back in.

What's included in the course?

The 7 Secrets to High Note Success includes video lessons for each Secret, exercise demos, and practice audio. Modules 1–3 are available now; Secrets 4–7 are released progressively as a founding member.

How long do I have access?

Founding member access is lifetime. Once you purchase, you keep access to all current and future modules forever — no subscription required.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If the course isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.

What equipment do I need?

Just a device with internet access and speakers or headphones. No special gear required. For the Voice Assessment service, a microphone is helpful but a phone mic works fine.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Can I access the course on mobile?

Yes — the course is fully mobile-responsive. You can watch lessons and practice exercises on any phone, tablet, or computer.

I'm having trouble with video playback. What should I do?

First, try refreshing the page. If that doesn't help, clear your browser cache or try a different browser (Chrome or Safari work best). If videos still won't load, email us with your device and browser info.
